It is with great pleasure and gratitude that I share with you over 30 years of experience as a client of Custom Staffing. In 1986 I started using The Custom Group as Pat and Diane embarked upon their journey to open their own company. I had that much faith in each of them as businesswomen and knew they would not let me or my firm down.

They got us through the heyday period of the 80’s and early 90’s when rapid growth was all around us, and we couldn’t hire secretaries or word processing operators quickly enough to support the demands. All it ever required from us was a quick phone call, and presto one temp or many qualified temps would show up. Rare, I know. How could that be? Simple, Pat and Diane took the time and made it their business to understand our needs and to understand the culture of our environment. They and their team are knowledgeable, responsive and thorough. They continue to service us equally and consistently as well today, and are our “go to” agency even 30 years later!
