Diane McGaw co-founded The Custom Group of Companies in 1985 with her business partner Pat Rohe. Prior to starting The Custom Group, Diane was vice president of a New York City-based staffing firm. She graduated from The University of the Pacific with a BA in Psychology. Diane has been featured as a distinguished presenter and spokeswoman on talent, recruiting and staffing at various industry and association sponsored events.
An involved member of her community, Diane was a past board member of the Boys and Girls Club, The Waterfront Center, and The Theodore Roosevelt Sanctuary and Audubon Center. She was also past secretary of the Seawanhaka Corinthian Yacht Club and participates in many other charities. In her free time, you can probably find her on a boat, as she is an active and competitive sailor with her husband, Richard Azar.
